Dr. Raechel Jacobson
Dr. Raechel Jacobson grew up in Clinton and feels fortunate to be one of the dentists in her hometown. She graduated from Clinton High School, received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and certificate in Global Health from UW-Madison (Go Badgers!), and earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor. She has been practicing in Southern Wisconsin since, and bought Clinton Family Dental in the summer of 2023.
Dr. Raechel is an active member of the Rock County Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association and American Dental Association. She volunteers her time at Mission of Mercy, Healthnet of Rock County and Open Arms Free Clinic.
Outside of the office, Dr. Raechel can be found walking her dogs with her husband, at Menards picking up supplies for her next home/office improvement project, and trying her hand at gardening. She enjoys a cozy afternoon of football, an adventure hike exploring new places and the company of friends and family. She is thankful to be a part of the Clinton community and looks forward to meeting you.
