We accept most major PPO insurances and are in network with Cigna, Aetna, United HealthCare, Anthem BCBS, Guardian, GEHA, Lincoln Financial, Principal, Metlife and others. Please give our office a call for all insurance related questions.
If you have dental insurance through one of our approved plans, you are only responsible for your estimated portion at the time of service. After we collect from your dental insurance, you will be responsible for any remaining balance on your account.
If you do not have dental insurance, payment is due in full at time of service.
All co-payments and insurance estimates are due in full at the time of service. However, you are able to pre-pay for any treatment planned.
Yes, we do accept some Medicare plans. Please call the office to verify if we participate with your plan.
No, we are not a Medicaid provider.
We understand schedules are busy and try to accommodate patients with a cleaning at their initial visit. However, depending on the health of your mouth, a different gum therapy may be needed to stabilize your gum health. Therefore, we do not guarantee a cleaning at your new patient appointment.
